The Headman of Farao - our beloved Uncle Tuta, aka Welington Farao
Without Tuta's support, we would have no land to realise our dream with. We have his continued support and thank his generosity.
Our Finished School Canteen
Situated directly left to the school. Warm meals for each of our pupils will be provided here daily. Often children go days without a warm meal or clean water.
The kitchen and storeroom area, cooking utensils and shelves are on the way. An outdoor kitchen will also be constructed for the event that our power supply fails, so we can guarantee that the children eat something nutricious every day without fail.We are so happy to report that our school canteen has been completed. We will be producing our own maize flour in the future and our school garden for vegetables, fruit and animals ,like chickens and goats is in planning, Additionally,we will be buying other supplies from local farmers.
Our Village Employees
Snowdia Banda - pre-school teacher and cook and manual worker
Future Munyonga - newly appointed foreman
Thanks to a very generous sponsor from Regensburg, we have been able to employ seven villagers to carry out manual labour and other tasks to keep our school and the surrounding area clean.
We are very grateful for Richard's support and the workers are doing a great job.
